I’m Missing a Piece in Creating an Evergreen Sales Funnel. Can You Help?
I’m working on a project for work and have hit a wall. Perhaps you know how to knock it down.
My team and I have created a very successful product launch sequence along the lines of what Jeff Walker wrote in his NYT besteseller, Launch. It has worked extremely well. Very profitable for us.
However, now I want to take it to the next level and create an evergreen funnel. In other words, the funnel would be completely automated from top to bottom.
I know how to do all of it, except for one piece. I hope you can point me in the right direction.
I want the funnel to have a timer/deadline for a set period of time. Meaning, if someone enters the funnel at the top, there would be a series of automated emails (no help needed there). Midway through the funnel, each person would receive an offer. At that moment, a timer begins for each person giving him or her 7 days to make a purchase or the offer goes away.
So, if Person #1 gets the offer on Monday, they would have until Sunday to make the purchase. On the following Monday, they’d get a redirect saying the offer is over.
However, if Person #2 gets the offer on Wednesday, they would have until the following Tuesday to make the purchase. That person’s cart would go dark on Wednesday.
In other words, each person has a 7-day window to make their purchase, but it’s customized to when he or she comes into the funnel.
I know this can be done. But I don’t know what kind of software or service offers such technology.
I’d appreciate suggestions or simply a point in the right direction.
